One of our all time favorite models, Lily! She happens to grace our blog header as well. Sadly, Lily passed away less than a year after our sessions. She is sadly missed but fondly remembered by her human Christine. What a sweet soul.

To say I love this dog and his human is a giant understatement! Melvin is quite the personality and has taken to penning his own blog, Oh Melvin! Melvin has since added a new buddy, Jake, a.k.a. “Tank” to his world and we’re planning on a spring session with the two of them. Can’t wait! Meanwhile, enjoy Melvin’s Friday!

Though every session introduces me to new dogs to love, this session also brought me a new and wonderful friend in Michelle. Since this 2010 session she has started her own pet photography business at Gray Dog and is doing some beautiful work. This image is of Pearl. We also photographed her beautiful boy, Hagan, who has since passed on. So many wonderful memories. Hope you are well Michelle, and enjoying your Wiemeraner Wednesday!
