Lily & Emmy: Two “Minis” Tackle the Big Farm!

We had our session with these two delightful pups on Sunday.  It was hot and humid and they had scheduled a combined session to include studio work as well as a farm session.

I’m always concerned as to whether our subjects will have the energy for such a big session.  I needn’t have worried!

These two diminutive dogs brought their very large personalities as well as their energy!

Emmy was particularly happy to bounce around in the studio…

After a short break we headed outdoors for a farm session.  These two are such funny and loving dogs.  Michelle rescued both dogs, age 4, and she and her newlywed husband Steve, gave them their forever home.

We are always especially gratified when we see rescue dogs who have been tossed aside end up in homes where they are so valued as family members that they merit their own photo session!

These dogs were beyond sweet and seemed to really enjoy their day.  Though Lily was less exuberant than Emmy, she started sneaking into shots when she felt she had been ignored too long..

It was a terrific afternoon and we enjoyed meeting Michelle, Steve and their wonderful “fur family.”

Linda and Reba - Dag Gone Emmy! That tongue is looooooooong. Definitely two different personalities. Lily is Zen. Emmy is the polar opposite. How wonderful!

robin - Love, love Emmy in the studio jumping for joy. I also want your purple couch and orange chair. They would fit perfectly into my colorful decor. How much do you think it would cost to send them to Dallas? HAHAHA
