Country Woman Magazine!

It started back in 2010 when the editor of Country Woman contacted me to do a piece on me. My story was of particular interest to this publication, in large part, because of that beautiful piece of property called Tranquility Farm where my studio is based. What began as a general interest story morphed into a feature and the cover! Last summer Reader’s Digest sent a crew of 3 to beautify, set the scene and photograph me. It was a hot and steamy July day but we had a delightful time of it!

The best thing about being photographed when you’re a photographer is you can often shoot right back and no one even knows you’re clicking that shutter!

Thanks to the Country Woman team, my hard-working assistant Brandy, and Rhonda May and her beautiful Australian Shepherds – always my “go to dogs” when I need to get things done! What fun!

To read the story on line just click the cover image below. Don’t forget to check out my behind the scenes shots below! Thanks Country Woman! It was a wonderful woman magazine

Bethany Giannini - Bev this is great – so glad to see you get recognized! And I have to say I love the Aussies 🙂 I have my first one – a red one named Bear and I am absolutely in love with the breed – quite possibly competing with Alaskan Malamutes for my fave 😉 I decided to get Bear when I fell in love with his father on a wellness exam at the vet clinic before the breeder bred him. Anyways, CONGRATULATIONS girl – so proud of you! 😀
